Where do I get a SANIFAIR voucher?

• You get SANIFAIR vouchers from the pay machine in all SANIFAIR facilities. As soon as you pay in your coins, the machine will issue you with a SANIFAIR voucher.

Where can I redeem SANIFAIR vouchers?

• You can redeem your SANIFAIR voucher in any participating partner facilities. Please note SANIFAIR’s displayed General Terms and Conditions.

What can I use my SANIFAIR voucher for?

• Your SANIFAIR voucher will be deducted from your bill. Please note that you can’t use your SANIFAIR voucher in part payment for goods and services sold in the name of and on behalf of third parties (e.g. oil and petrol). *

How long do SANIFAIR vouchers remain valid?

• This is explained in the General Terms and Conditions which are displayed in every SANIFAIR.

How many SANIFAIR vouchers can I redeem at one time?

• There is no limit to the number of SANIFAIR vouchers you can redeem at one time.

Can I get the value of my SANIFAIR voucher in cash?

• No. SANIFAIR vouchers cannot be partly or wholly exchanged for cash.

I want to buy something costing less than 50 cents. Do I get change?

• Sorry, no. Change cannot be given for SANIFAIR vouchers.
