Where can I find SANIFAIR?

Can I pay for SANIFAIR with an ec card or credit card?

• Sorry! Current SANIFAIR pay machine can’t accept card payments.

What languages does the SANIFAIR pay machine menu support?

• The pay machine gives you instructions in German and English.

How does the SANIFAIR access work?

• Step 1: put the required amount in the automatic pay machine. It gives change. The following coins are accepted: 2 euro, 1 euro, 50 cents, 20 cents and 10 cents.
  Step 2: go through the turnstile. The machine will dispense you a SANIFAIR voucher worth 50 cents.
  Step 3: keep your SANIFAIR voucher safe; if you buy something from one of our partners, the voucher value will be deducted from your bill. * Note: children who are too small to reach the coin slot can access SANIFAIR free.

Do I have to pay for baby changing facilities as well?

• Parents with babies can access the baby changing room free of charge.

Do children have to pay as well?

• Children who are too small to reach the coin slot can access SANIFAIR free.

Do I have to pay to use the disabled toilets?

• People with disabilities can use the special disabled toilets free of charge. You can use your pass key to get free access to the disabled toilets. If you haven’t go a key with you, you can borrow a master key from the SANIFAIR service staff.

How can I get a pass key for the disabled toilets?

• You can order a key online from the German "Club Behinderter und ihrer Freunde e.V.", CBF (Internet: http://www.cbf-da.de, e-mail: info@cbf-darmstadt.de). You’ll need a severely disabled person’s pass as proof when ordering.

I haven’t got a pass key for the disabled toilets. Can I use them anyway?

• Of course you can use the disabled toilets even if you haven’t got a pass key. Just ask a SANIFAIR service staff, or ask at the check-out. This will be a master key.
